Collaborators: Imagining Autism (Drama, Performance and Intermediality as Interventions for Autism) Uses immersive installations, puppetry, play and interactive media to facilitate communication, social interaction and imagination (Professor Nicola Shaughnessy, Dr Melissa Trimingham, Dr Julie Beadle-Brown, Dr David Wilkinson, University of Kent). Sounds of Intent: curriculum framework for coding auditory perception and musical awareness for individuals with special needs, particularly autism and PMLD (Professor Adam Ockelford, University of Roehampton; Angela Vogajolie, Research Assistant). Soundabout: uses music and sound to unlock the potential of children, young people and adults with severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties and autism (Adam Ockleford). InnerSense theatre company: Immersive cross-arts workshops in multi-sensory environments to inspire creativity in people with PMLD, SLD and autism (Harry Dawes). Liquid Vibrations, Underwater sound and movement for children with special needs (Adele Drake). C&T Theatre: process drama, interactive digital technologies, web based applications, arts, learning and IT (Paul Sutton). Oily Cart Theatre: Immersive, interactive multi-sensory performance for children with profound and multiple learning difficulties, autism and pre-schoolers (Tim Webb). Project Art Works: Collaborative & responsive art based projects with people who have profound intellectual disability and multiple impairments (Kate Adams). Elusive Evidence: research network based at York St John University, exploring themes relating to the documentation and evaluation of arts in health, education, community and social contexts(Matthew Reason, Nick Crowe). Sydney de Haan Research Centre for Arts and Health (Canterbury Christ Church University) has worked extensively in arts and health contexts to establish the value of music and other participatory arts activities on well being (Trish Vella Burroughs, Stephen Clift) .
